His Church is a Christ-centered, Apostolic congregation, founded upon the infallible Word of God. We believe God’s Word in its entirety and that His Word never changes. The Bible is as relevant today as it was centuries ago.
THE BIBLE
The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, written by the Holy men of old as they were moved by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20-21).
ONE GOD
There is one God who is infinite in power, Holy in nature, attributes and purpose: omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. We believe that He was revealed to us: the Father in creation, the Son in redemption and the Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust in Him (I Corinthians 8:6; Ephesians 4:6; 2 Corinthians 3:17, 5:19).
JESUS CHRIST
For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form. (Colossians 2:9,1:19). In the virgin birth, Jesus was both human and divine, God manifest in the flesh (Matthew 1:23; I Timothy 3:16).
HIS SACRIFICIAL LOVE
We believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. We believe that He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which was poured out at Jerusalem over 2000 years ago and is still filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today (Acts 2:39).
WATER BAPTISM
We believe in water baptism (by immersion) in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Both water and Spirit baptism constitutes the new birth (Acts 2:4, 38).
SPIRIT BAPTISM
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost and speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. Both water and Spirit baptism constitutes the new birth (Acts 2:4, 38).
SANCTIFIED LIFESTYLE
The believers live separated, sanctified lives and are not conformed to the world. Discipline of erring members is administered for their spiritual welfare and for the preservation of the church (Matthew 18:15-17; John 17:14-16; Romans 12:2; 1 Corinthians 5; Galatians 6:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:22; 2 Thessalonians 3:6, 14-15; James 1:14-15, 4:4; 1 Peter 1:14-15; 1 John 2:15-17).
